Very good staff and rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds. Location next to shops, castle and restaurants, the center and the castle. Also, a beautifully ornate pleasure palace was just a short distance away. Ideal place for 3 nights.

We have booked standard queen room for 2 nights, everything was good, it had an iron, an electronic key card and a work desk. There was a clean. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Cardiff Centre district. Excellent customer service provided too. Great place to stay for a trip to Cardiff.

Everything was fine from staff, who were kind, to the peaceful location. There were gorgeous bangers and bacon for breakfast. The lounge bar in the hotel had plenty of carbonated cocktails and brandies throughout the day.

Staying right by animal wall and possibility to explore national museum of wales. Pettigrew Tea Rooms, where you can eat, is a short walk to the hotel. Good 4-star experience. Excellent location, Cardiff airport was 15 km away.
